Nancy Lim-Yee Community Engagement Fund
Each year we award up to $2,500 to not-for-profit organizations working within San Francisco’s Chinatown, most often as sponsorships for community events. If your organization serves the neighborhood, we’d like to hear from you.
In her honor
Who is Nancy Lim-Yee?
Nancy Lim-Yee served on the Portsmouth Plaza Parking Corporation board for over twenty years before retiring in 2023. She is a well-respected and beloved leader, known citywide for her hard work and great compassion.
We established this fund in her honor to carry that spirit forward, continuing the community support program the corporation has run since 2002 and reinvesting garage revenue in the neighborhood we serve.
